Look close at the pictures and you can see what looks like glue on the inside of the impellor, I don't know if its been repaired or if that is a factory seem but apparantly its good glue its been hold for a long time. The outlet measures the same 1" id and 1-1/4" od. The only number on it is KE-101 on the outlet tube, the inlet 1" inside diameter and 1-1/4" outside diameter. Thats as far as I got with them as I had a new pump already to put on, Talk to Keene before you try to repair it. i talked to Keene engineering parts and they don't seem to think they make the exact parts for rebuilding this one but he said you should be able to put the aluminum inlet and impellor but thought it would need some machine work to fit. This shows a quit abit of wear on the inlet insert and the impeller but pumped almost as much as the new one. This pump was still pumping when replaced (check out picture) I was having trouble Priming it, then replaced it and found that the foot valve was leeking and couldn't get it to prime either, replaced the foot valve and that fixed that problem. This was mounted to a 3HP Briggs engine with a 5/8" ouside threaded crankshaft.
