Lastly, as far as paragon stats go, I use a mixture of Movement Speed/DEX, Critical Damage, Resist All, and Area Damage. It is designed to vault or plow through enemies quickly so you can collect bounty reward boxes in an efficient manner. The best way to start at level 70 with this build is to run split bounties and nephalem rifts on normal. It doesn't require any legendaries to be effective, but better gear with Critical Damage, Critical Rating, and +% to Elemental Arrow and Cold Skills make it extremely powerful.
